The perfect accompaniment for today's cooler and cloudy Fall weather. Mario Batali and partners, including Lidia Bastianich and Joe Bastianich, have reconfigured a 54,000 square foot corner building and created a space that houses part restaurants, part grocery, & part wine store, bringing the flavors and tastes of Italy to its patrons. The Mixed Vegetable and Farro Soup recipe is one that is served at Eataly's "Vegetable Counter", a quick cafe counter style that features vegan items - how refreshing!
