"Soft-ripened goat's milk cheese with French grapevine ash. Lumiere is our pasteurized, soft-ripened goat's milk cheese. Handcrafted in the style of cheeses from the Loire Valley in France, Lumiere is hand-dipped using small heart-shaped moulds. After salting, the cheeses are dusted with French grapevine ash to balance acidity. Carefully turned each day, Lumiere develops a beneficial mold on the rind that helps the cheese develop its creamy interior and clean flavor."
