Marla Henderson
My friend, neighbor, and fellow design blogger Martine @Martine Louise Design, brought to my attention yesterday interior designer Marla Henderson. I tuned into the design radio show that Martine co-hosts here in Atlanta, and Marla was her guest for the hour. My ears were transfixed on listening to Marla describe her life experience & choices that have helped to map out her design path. Marla incorporates a naturalistic sensibility and an awareness to her surroundings for inspriation to her work. Not only does her refined eye serve in transforming spaces, she also designs furniture & rugs created with eco-friendly materials. Marla has recently settled back in her hometown of Atlanta, GA after criss crossing the country and living in NYC, Austin, TX, and Hawaii.
