My mom sent us a little surprise package yesterday, and included were 2 chocolate bars from Brooklyn based chocolate makers, the Mast Brothers. These aren't your regular run of the mill chocolate bars..... The Mast Brothers, Rick & Michael, are crafting the most delectable dark chocolate with savory ingredients (hazelnuts, serrano peppers, fleur de sel, etc...) folded into their artisan bean to bar chocolate. We tried the Almonds & Sea Salt and The Brooklyn Blend -- both insanely rich and dense and uber satisfying!
