The Kronish House

Designed in the 1950s for Herbert Kronish by noted architect Richard Neutra, the Kronish House is nearing the fate of demolition if not sold by October 10. The 7,000 square foot design jewel sits on almost 2 acres of picturesque property right off of Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills, CA. Mr. Neutra's son Dion has been rallying support to save the house from destruction, with the hopes of leading a major restoration effort and turning the home into a research center. Watch the video below for more and click here to view exterior/interior pictures. The Kronish House is listed for $13,995,000.
