Gabrielle Hamilton (above), chef owner of Prune (written previously here), cooks her traditional Christmas Eve supper....   Winter Veggie Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, served with really good Champagne. Gabrielle's cooking tip -- Mayonnaise makes the perfect cooking accompaniment for preparing Grilled Cheese -- spread on the outside of the bread provides a longer cooking time to avoid burns & the sandwich won't stick to the pan....   Watch below....
