Husband & wife couple Jerry Zaret and Joan Childs (above) have stretched the design spectrum in their history of home ownership. In 2009, the couple were living in the Park City, UT area, in a completed Shaker style home set on 8 acres (right, top)..... In 2011, Zaret & Childs relocated to Portland, OR, having purchased a building (right, bottom) with the intent to renovate the space influenced by their years of loft living in NYC's TriBeCa neighborhood.
