Preservation

To note, an article published on 2/14 in my hometown newspaper, The Ridgefield Press, mentions the preservation of the S. D. Keeler grain elevator, a three-and-a-half-story structure built around 1880. Owner Shane Casey acquired the grain elevator when he purchased the lot it stands on. As quoted in the article, "I’d absolutely like to preserve the integrity of the building and keep it looking as close to the original building as possible." - Shane Casey

*Shane is a longtime family friend and runs the business his grandfather founded, Casey Energy.

Well Being

To note, I read this piece featured in goop, discussing the benefits of Vitamin D3 with Dr. Steven Gundry. It's worth the read if your blood work results have revealed low levels in your system. I tested extremely low about 3 years ago, and have since taken 5000 IUs of D3 daily.

Lifestyle

To note and featured in Vogue this week, artist Mary Nelson Sinclair's summer wedding to sculptor & furniture-maker Matthew Cruise on the grounds of her high school alma mater, Millbrook. Mary Nelson's BFF and one of her lovely bridesmaids is Atlanta based artist Sally King Benedict, written previously about here.

*I've included a piece from Mary Nelson's portfolio.
