The Randolph-Lucas House, the historic home that I featured in a previous post, has received an 120 day reprieve from a fate of demolition. Buckhead Heritage Society, supporters of its preservation, announced they have signed an agreement with the condo association of 2500 Peachtree Road, the current owners of this Georgian style residence, for a 4 month time extension to secure a new owner. The home will need to be moved to a new site, estimated at a cost of around $350,000.... Watch the attached video for more.
