Asha Gomez

Asha Gomez, chef & owner of the restaurant Cardamom Hill, serves dishes inspired by her Kerala upbringing. I've mentioned previously of the cooking class we attended & taught by Asha, which not only provided Mr. Ferguson & I a deeper understanding of her signature ingredients but also a greater appreciation for her handcrafted food.

Upcoming news on the horizon for Asha is the opening of Spice to Table, a light filled space at Studioplex in Inman Park where she'll feature provisions from local farmers, coffee & Chai tea, plus breakfast & lunch items, all bursting with flavors influenced from her culinary palate. And not to be missed, Asha will be opening Spice Road Chicken at Krog Street Market, a market stall designed space that will offer her fan-favorite Kerala-style friend chicken.
