Le Labo Fragrances

*This is an update from my previous post....   I ordered a discovery set to sample 3 Le Labo perfumes -- Lys 41, Bergamote 22, and Ylang 49. The trio arrived very neatly packaged & specifically labeled with my order details, plus the date and name of the person responsible for filling it. After trying out each one, Bergamote 22 quickly became my favorite of the three. Its a scent that I can wear daily and never feel like its too overpowering. I can see myself wearing Lys 41 every so often, just to mix it up a bit. But, I found overall, Ylang 49 is too strong for my taste. Le Labo's detailed description of Bergamote 22 below....

"This dazzling Bergamote combines freshness, sweetness and sensuality with acrobatic talent. All these qualities were encompassed in the perfume’s initial code name: “Fire Cologne”… It’s the delicate floral character of petit grain, the bitterness of grapefruit, as well as the flamboyant sweetness of amber and musk with a viril touch of vetiver, which gives Bergamote 22 its unique personality".
