Since my previous post back in May highlighting the Amira & Sam premiere at the Seattle International Film Festival, the film has continued to be screened at additional prestigious film festivals around the country, and receiving high accolades from critics. Just this past weekend, writer/director Sean Mullin was presented with both the Jury and the Audience Award for Best Narrative Feature Film at the Napa Valley Film Festival.
