Sol Kent, who passed away in 2001, was the legendary fashion director of Atlanta's famed Rich's department store. A half a century ago, due to Mr. Kent's discerning eye, Rich's was lauded as the South's preeminent shopping destination for seeking out coveted fashions from the era's most revered designers, Oscar de la Renta, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel and Halston to name a few.
When I came across the home's listing online, the interior photos stopped me in my tracks! The attention to detail is undeniable and the selection of furnishings & accessories were absolutely selected by a connoisseur of refined taste. With a little research I uncovered that Mr. Kent and his wife Irene were the home's owners and further digging brought me to a
